This patient presented with a deviated nose, combined with a large, drooping, and prominent nasal tip, which disrupted facial symmetry and profile aesthetics.
A rhinoseptoplasty was performed to:
- straighten the nose, correcting the deviation,
- reduce tip projection, minimizing excessive prominence,
- elevate and support the nasal tip, achieving a more natural and balanced position.
These adjustments resulted in a better-proportioned nose, harmonized with the patient’s facial features and overall appearance
