Rhinoseptoplasty for nasal deviation and tip repositioning – Case 265

Rhinoseptoplasty for nasal deviation and tip repositioning – Case 265

This patient presented with a deviated nose, combined with a large, drooping, and prominent nasal tip, which disrupted facial symmetry and profile aesthetics.

A rhinoseptoplasty was performed to:

  • straighten the nose, correcting the deviation,
  • reduce tip projection, minimizing excessive prominence,
  • elevate and support the nasal tip, achieving a more natural and balanced position.

These adjustments resulted in a better-proportioned nose, harmonized with the patient’s facial features and overall appearance
