This patient presented with a nose featuring a large dorsal hump and a poorly defined nasal tip, which created an unbalanced and harsh profile appearance.
A rhinoseptoplasty was performed, including:
- removal of the nasal hump, to achieve a smoother and more elegant profile,
- reshaping and defining the nasal tip, improving contour and refinement,
- overall nasal harmonization in relation to the facial features.
The final result is a smooth nasal profile with a well-defined tip, offering a natural and balanced appearance that complements the patient’s face.
