This patient presented with a hypertrophic nose, featuring:
- a prominent dorsal hump,
- increased nasal volume,
- a poorly defined nasal tip, which disrupted facial balance.
A rhinoseptoplasty was performed to address these concerns, allowing for:
- removal of the dorsal hump, creating a smoother profile,
- reduction and reshaping of the nasal framework,
- tip refinement, improving definition and proportion.
The final result is a naturally contoured nose, well integrated with the patient’s facial features and overall appearance.
