This patient presented with several concerns regarding her nose:
- Excessive nasal projection and increased width,
- Visible deviation of the nasal pyramid,
- A bulky, undefined nasal tip.
These features disrupted her facial balance and profile, and the septal deviation contributed to nasal breathing difficulties.
A rhinoseptoplasty was performed, involving:
- Correction of the deviated nose and septum, restoring normal breathing,
- Narrowing and repositioning of the nasal structure for better facial symmetry,
- Refining and defining the nasal tip to enhance proportion and softness.
The result is a balanced, natural-looking nose that harmonizes with the patient’s facial features and allows for improved nasal function.
