Closed rhinoseptoplasty with cartilage grafts – functional and aesthetic correction for a male patient

This male patient came to our clinic with severe nasal breathing difficulties caused by:

  • visibly deviated nasal pyramid,
  • deviated septum obstructing airflow,
  • drooping nasal tip, which further impacted both function and facial harmony.

We performed a closed rhinoseptoplasty, a surgical procedure done entirely through internal incisions, leaving no visible scars.

During the procedure, cartilage grafts harvested from the nasal septum were used to:

  • Support and reposition the nasal tip,
  • Straighten the septum and nasal bridge,
  • Stabilize the new nasal shape for both aesthetic and functional improvement.

The result is a straight, well-proportioned nose that retains a natural and masculine look, while greatly improving nasal airflow.

This type of surgery is an excellent choice for male patients who want a subtle yet effective correction, with no external signs of intervention.
