This patient previously underwent an open rhinoplasty but was dissatisfied with the result due to a crooked nose, deviated septum, tip asymmetry, and breathing difficulties.
To address these concerns, I performed a secondary closed rhinoseptoplasty—a complex revision procedure done without visible scars, requiring advanced surgical skill and precision.
I used cartilage grafts harvested from the patient’s own deviated septum to correct the nasal deformities, straighten the nose, refine the tip, and improve breathing function. The result is a nose that is more symmetrical, harmonious, and functional, tailored to the patient’s facial features. If you’ve had a previous rhinoplasty and are not satisfied with the outcome or struggle with breathing issues, a secondary rhinoplasty may be the solution.
