Breast augmentation with asymmetry correction – volume, balance, and harmony – Case 103

Breast augmentation with asymmetry correction – volume, balance, and harmony – Case 103

This patient presented with breast hypoplasia (underdeveloped breast volume) combined with visible asymmetry – differences in size, areola position, and inframammary fold level between the two breasts.

To correct these concerns, we performed a breast augmentation with Mentor round implants, tailored to each side:

  • 375 cc on the left breast,
  • 400 cc on the right breast, where an internal lift was also performed to improve positioning and shape, without leaving external scars.

This customized approach allowed for the restoration of a symmetrical, balanced, and natural-looking bust, with better proportions and contour.

Such a procedure is ideal for patients who wish not only to increase volume but also to address visible breast asymmetry, whether congenital or acquired.
