This patient presented with a weakened abdominal wall after two pregnancies and cesarean deliveries, along with postpartum diastasis recti (muscle separation) and abdominal lipodystrophy, resulting in uneven fat distribution in the abdominal area.
To restore structure and contour, we performed reconstruction of the anterior abdominal wall by correcting the muscle diastasis, strengthening the abdominal core. During the same procedure, we also performed a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to remove excess skin and liposuction to refine the silhouette.
The result is a flatter, firmer abdomen with a natural and harmonious contour, tailored to the patient’s body shape.
If your abdomen hasn’t returned to its pre-pregnancy shape, a personalized consultation can help you explore the right solutions.
