This patient presented with a nose characterized by:
- Deviation to the right, visible from both the front and the profile,
- Increased nasal width, disrupting overall facial harmony,
- A drooping, poorly defined tip, which partially covered the upper lip.
These features affected not only her facial balance but also her overall expression, creating the impression of a heavier and less open appearance.
To correct these concerns, a closed rhinoseptoplasty was performed—a surgical technique where all incisions are made inside the nose, leaving no external scars.
Through this intervention:
- The nose was straightened to correct the deviation,
- The structure was narrowed and harmonized,
- The tip was refined and elevated, allowing the upper lip to become more visible and giving the face a more open and natural expression.
The final outcome is a well-proportioned, balanced nose that integrates seamlessly with the patient’s facial features.
